The Yummy Mummy Tummy comes in two sizes: Size 1 accommodates pre-pregnancy dress sizes 28 - 36 (UK dress size 6 - 12) and size 2 accommodates pre-pregnancy dress size 38 - 46 (UK dress size 14 - 22) The design and super stretchy knit allows enough room to stretch throughout a whole pregnancy so you do not have to size up as you grow. If you are an inbetween size, for example you start your pregnancy at a 36, we would recommend that you choose a size according to how you like your clothes to fit generally: choose a size 1 if you like fitted styles and if you intend using the Yummy Mummy Tummy as an additional support, and a size 2 if you feel you would like to sacrifice that support for a little extra room to grow.If however, you are expecting twins, we would advise you to take into account the extra growth and size up a few sizes - this means that if you start at a 34, you may want to size up to a 38, in which case you should take a size 2.
Yummy Mummy Undies are available in SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE. The reason why we do not have bra cup sizes is that the nature of the high tech microfibre fabric is that it grows with you as you grow. You may be a regular size 34 with a B cup pre-pregnancy and find that your breasts expand rapidly as your pregnancy progresses: you would then take a MEDIUM Yummy Mummy Undies maternity bra and will find that the cup of our maternity bra will stretch and recover, supporting you as your breasts grow.
You will find the same with our panties: you may start your pregnancy a regular size 34, but as your hips and bottom expand you may find your regular underwear becoming tight and uncomfortable. You will need a MEDIUM Yummy Mummy Panty and will find that the soft stretch will keep you super comfy as you grow.

Nursing bra guide:
You should buy your nursing bras from about 5 months into your pregnancy. You should have a minimum of 3 nursing bras: one to wear, one in the wash, and one standing by. You will need breast pads to insert into your nursing bra. The Yummy Mummy Undies Fabulous Feeding bra has taken this into account in our fit, and our special stretch and recover fabric will keep you comfy and supported throughout the day.
